Erin Murphy grew up in northern California and moved to Oregon to attend Southern Oregon University where she graduated with Bachelor of Science in human communication. After working as a counselor for several years she realized that her true passion was income tax law. Going back to school she became a licensed Tax Consultant and an Enrolled Agent. She had her own tax practice, for nine years, in Southern Oregon. Today she is a Partner of MB Tax Professionals, LLP and enjoys raising her family in Portland, Oregon.
What is an Enrolled Agent?
David Bixel, a native to Portland, Oregon, went on to Walla Walla College for his first two years of college and then came back to Portland to finish his undergraduate work at Portland State University. He earned a degree of Bachelor of Science, with a double major in business management and business finance. He took his knowledge of company structuring and asset protection to Sacramento, California where he learned the “whole picture” of tax planning. Today he is a partner of MB Tax Professionals, LLP and specializes in business consulting.
